Janice-Had the same confusion over the new 2003 blue cap Pony Express so I emailed Jack Haddock as I saw my first 2003 on Jackpot earlier yesterday. Per Jack's response to me, "Sid's decided to stay with the "blue chaser" theme on both the 2002 and 2003 Pony Express strikes, both limited in production to 500". Jack also told me that as of now Sid's is mixing the two together but ONLY putting a total of 5 blues (mix of 02 and 03) in each hopper fill and that about half of the 2002 pieces were already snapped up.
