this just happened to me.
a buyer bought a item 3+ weeks went by NO payment
i filed a NON payer on them they got scared and payed for item..
item was shipped same day with insurance and TRACKING..
buyer contacted paypal and stated that they had NO item
when i checked my paypal balance it was -$134.00
so i called paypal provided proff of tracking item was delivered
2 days after payment..
so paypal fixed my account i reported buyer to e-bay for a fraud that he is..
i was informed that buyer did this many times to sellers who filed non payment
so just shows you sellers beware of bad buyers
by the way he is now a no longer registed buyer happy that i got him removed for good!
