Ralph, I think there were more than 25 issued. My guess is 50 as I called for the first batch and a second batch was issued according to the cage in orders of 25. However, I think it was exactly the price to pay for a strike that has a tarnished history, as it was never in play, only in the gift shop. Up to you, of course, but still a good deal.
