Beginning today, eBay is no longer a participant in the Microsoft live.com cash back program. If you notice, the gold logo does not show up for eBay listings anymore. I searched the live.com list of participating stores, and eBay no longer shows up. eBay must have done it for a short period of time to boost holiday sales, and then discontinued it.
