I just went in now, and it was still 30%. Maybe it depends on the category? Also, after my very first purchase with the 25% discount which is still on 50 more days of hold in the pending file, I have used it five more times and each of those times I received an INSTANT cash back straight back in my PayPal account. I have no clue why, and others have told me their subsequent purchases weren't instant. I know in the eBay terms it says something to the effect that they can make them instant at their discretion....but no criteria is identified.

The 8-8-8's are both sold too.
