James, as these are yellow and orange like the ones that were given to us by Janel at the convention at Osheas I can only suspect they were not removed without her ok being given. Alot of us collectors played as to get a bunch of strikes for trade in for the $200 along with playing for the elephate/donkey strike. I do have green strike racks also but were given these at the Stratosphere last week when I asked if I could have a few. As I stated earlier, the Stratosphere is getting out of the strike program and they do not need all the racks. I bet if you go there and buy a bunch of strikes like I did they will give you the racks also. I have learned, it never hurts to ask. What is the worst thing they can say. No.
