Then after tapping our bank card for the daily limit, and getting liquored to the gills for a 2.00 tip each drink, we would ask the Marlboro smoking lady with the husky voice at the counter for rack to fit our strikes into. As the hard chisled schmirk bunkers down into the familiar grooves in her face, we would slide her a $20, call her a dove, give out a wink, and wish her a Merry X-Mas before she could bark.
