I just can't believe that the inspectors overlooked more than just a few of these. This isn't a 'mistake' by an employee, this is a result of the dynamics of the equipment, no one person had a hand in this one.
The careful eyes of the inspectors do overlook mint marks and muling of the dies from time to time we all know. And maybe they furnished this mistake to us just to be another sought after rarity.
But the FACT is - This is an error 'uncontrolled' by any employee. It's an act of GOD!! lol
