Norm, I had something like that happen a few years back. I was at the Red Garter. Playing all three lines. It hit for one strike. Paid out fine. A few plays later it lined up two strikes on one line and three on another line. It paid out six strikes. One of them fell out with another one but it was out of the plastic case. I did go up to the casher and told her that it came out without a case. Can I please have a case for it. She gave me a case and I was on my way with three sets.
