Hi all. I picked up a LV Flamingo 50th Anniversary strike at a coin store. This one is the 1996 casino. Could someone out there tell me here on the board so we all can learn if all three designs came without the decimal before the 999. And on the 1996 did both varieties come without the decimal.

Also what is a fair value to the ones without the decimal.
