John-Couldn't agree more with your assessment on some of the prices of late. I do think though that like most areas these days there are alot of people in positions where they feel a high degree of uncertainty, the job market, our 401k's (or what's left thereof), and the general state of things. If nothing else, if one is in a position to pick up the "pricey" strikes they need, the market is perfect.
As for the new limited chaser from Caesars Tahoe, I in my humble opinion feel it will continue to command a decent price just as the previous chaser from that location has as well as the last chaser from the Plaza. If memory serves me (and getting older does not help in this arena) the last Plaza WTC chaser I saw sold in the market of $175-$180.
