Another collector, Walt and myself went to Lake Tahoe for a quick trip. We went in search for the illusive Blue Cap 4 in 1. Caesars has always been a particularly hard place for us to win strikes. That remains as always. It was hard to win the four common strikes and the Blue Cap since they only load 2 of the Blue ones in each hopper fill. Things were not going too well when out of the blue 3 sevens appear on the top line.
At first we were thinking, another machine jam since a strike didn't fall out. Then quarters began falling out. When we finally realized we had hit the red, white, and blue sevens we were really happy. On the top line it paid 500 quarters or $125. We didn't get rich but it helped with the cost of the strikes. We are now officially a member of the Red, White and Blue Club. They did come and take our picture. I will post it on my web page.
