Yeah, but?

What is the intrinsic value of the silver in 44 strikes? I know someone posted a great analysis of the metal content a while back but I don't remember the numbers.

There was a brief period, years ago, when pennies were worth more over the scales as scrap copper than their face value. So what is the current silver value of 44 strike 'cores'?

And - what did they do with the rims? And, what would their intrinsic value be??????
