Now remember, what's good for one casino may not be for another.if a slot director or manager could see hard #s when red caps are put in.....or when there is a 200 release....that may change their mind on how to run the program. Budget has a lot to do with it....if the casino doesn't budget for it then it will not happen.....just because we say it works doesn't mean it will work at their casino......this is a large amount of money for a casino to start the program....they have to have a machine as well as coins, internal controls written on how to handle the coins, delivery of coins, artwork etc.....pretty involved....and someones job is on the line if it doesn't work! Take main street station for an example. Years ago I worked there. How many SS did they produce? How profitable was that program for Hal? How much input do other departments have in keeping the machines.....if everone from the techs to the cage and accounting says its a PITA and its not making a lot of money....the machines will be gone without a second thought.
