Rod, I have been on this topic about the HSP Strikes from the very beginning, if you do a search under my name you will see that I have been voicing my opinion for the last couple of months. It's funny that I have never seen your name when we had the discussions and the voting on this when Davo posted the question about the HSP Strikes on this board! Craig asked for ideas and asked for suggestions, so I gave him my opinion on how I feel about the HSP Strikes and the new $200's! Sorry if you don't feel the same way, but people spend their money on whatever they want to and I chose not to spend my money on the worthless HSP Strikes. Also Rod, since this has been going on ever since they started with the Decal Images on the $200's, we have lost approx. 200-250 Club Members because at first they didn't like the stick on pictures on the $200's and then they didn't want to get involved in HSP Strikes. All I am trying to do is to let the Casino's know what the feelings are with some collectors like myself. I don't see any tourists sitting at a Silver Strike Machine putting in $100.00 bills one after another like I do when I go to Las Vegas from PA. 4-5 times a year just to play for Silver Strikes or for the latest $200. The tourist may sit and put a $1.00 or $5.00 bill in the machine and try to win (1) Sourvenir to take home from their trip, but they are really there to see the water fountains at Bellagio, the volcano at the Mirage and the Battling Ships at TI's. People are in Las Vegas to go shopping, dine out at the restaurants and see the lowest price shows, they are not all there to gamble or to sit and play for Souvenir/Tokens. For as much time as I spend in Las Vegas and that is 10 days for each trip, I have NEVER seen a tourist sit and play these machine the way the Silver Strikers do!! So yes, I feel that if I am going to spend approx. fifty days out of the year and have spent approx. $100,000.00 on my Silver Strike Collection to get it where I have it, you know that I will have something to say about HSP Strikes and the $200's!!! Also, if I don't like what the future holds for Silver Strikes, that will be the end of my Las Vegas trips.
