there is a product called PB blaster.....it gets everthing unstuck. On a lot of handle mechs there us a cog and a sprung loaded arm......be sure that the spring is not broken and the arm isnt stuck on its shaft. one more thing....sometimes the arm is controlled by a solinoid and the solinoid is causing the arm not to move.HTH craig
