Larry & Menina, I have to agree with both of you 100% about the $200 Palms "Bats" Strike. At first I thought that they were a bunch of maggots on the bottom of the strike until I realized that they were Bats at the top! How disappointing that they were not of the usual Palms standard and quality as in the past with their Silver Strike Program. They would have been better off using the "Halloween Grim Reaper" on the $200 instead of putting it on the $10 HSP (CLAD) Red Cap. Also, I thought that the Palms and Four Queens had stated that they were going to get away from the "Decal Images" on the $200's, which they did, and go back to the 24KT. HGE as previously used in the minting process! My understanding was that this was the reason that they were going to go to HSP (CLAD) $10 Strikes so that would cut the cost on the minting process and that would give the Casino's more money for the minting of the $200's with the 24KT. HGE. This would have brought back the $200's to the FINEST QUALITY and BEAUTY that they had alway's been in the past and to retain their value and demand in the future years to come! I do appreciate that the Palms and the Four Queens are continuing on with the Silver Strike Program, but now as a collector of ONLY the $200 Strikes, I am very disappointed in the lack of QUALITY! This is my opinion only of which we all have a right to voice!
