The email I finally received goes like this....."Regarding a complaint filed against us, our records indicate that we received payment from the customer on or about Nov 25,2002. The customers check and postmarked envelope were both dated Oct.19, 2002, but the USPO can not date the day of delivers. Our procedure is to deposit checks same day or within a day of receipt. Customers items have been sent today, 12/2/02 insured #____________.Apparently payment was delayed in the mail at no fault to the customer. We had eariler advised customer of shipment, but that was package to a different customer. During the later part of October our email server crashed and was upgraded. Unfortunately we have not been able to recover all the messages in a two week period from an older netscape version. We have requested to confirm receipt of items when they arrive." So I thought I would keep you all posted on this for I have received many emails on this matter with this seller...Christine SS-219
