If you used the same password for other things or services, it's time to change them all. I use different with the exception of fantasy sports games. If someone wants to bodge my football picks, it's their silly game, and it won't hurt me.
I can't remember all these passwords, so for many years, I have used a small notebook, so I can look up what I tend to forget.
