Dave - I think you need to either phone or write the Hotel manager if you found the service that poor, Jeff isn't the one to complain to, he is the Head Slot guy, has nothing to do with how the hotel is run.
I would bet if you returned on or after the 27th of this month when the casino is open and had a problem Jeff would go out of his way to fix any casino problem you had.

P.S. I am looking foward to my next trip to Reno just to see all the efort Jeff has put into the casino, this is his best area.
