Hello, I have a question. I have a silver strike from the Flamingo, Las Vegas, 50Th. annniversary/1996 with the hotel in front and 50th. anniversary on back. It has 999 silver instead of .999 as all strikes do. There is no dot in front of .999. Is this common in all of these strikes or just in some. Have not seen anything on this. Thank you.
