Mark, I can't tell the condition of the token but I guess it is worth a couple of dollars. It looks to have a notch out of the rim above the "A" in dollar.

A Caesar's Franklin Mint token from 1966 in proof condition will sell for $5 - $7. It's a neat token. Most Franklin Mint tokens from 1965 - 1969 are worth $5 - $10. I hope this helps.
