Some casinos protect their racks, others don't care. Most of the time the slot people will give you the rack if you ask. I think the best place to get them is the Luxor as they leave them by the machines all the time. If your conscious says you are stealing them put them back. If your name is Tony and your are from Indiana --- take them.
