I just got back from Vegas as well, and Steve Wynn was smart to sell the Mirage...I was exposed to the same poor P.R. from the Slot Hostess after advising the Tech's re: a problem with the strike machine... lost my customer loyalty...It's my impression that L.V. has gone from V.I.P. service to P.R. service where "P.R." stands for "Poor Respect"...(in my estimation, the bureaucratic tape worm and Peter Principle are alive and thriving in the Glitzy City :)
