I have been in Casinos,in Mississipi, Louisana,& Atlantic City,& I don't really believe that those Casinos really worried about anyone Picking up a rack to take with you,as no one has mentioned the fact that they are there to take your money!! As Archie mentioned,if you bought enough Strikes the Casinos in A/C,& Miss,have often given out the Racks to Carry the Strikes purchased from them. That's how I got most of mine,& a few collection purchases. I am not referring to a current thing,this was a few years back. Since they no longer had the Machines there was no need for the Racks,except to store them. Don't ever recall seeing any laying around in Nevada Casinos though!!
