Archie and ALL,
Gaming commission regulation....
12.060 Use of chips and tokens.
1. Chips and tokens are solely representatives of value which evidence a debt owed to their custodian by the licensee that issued them and are not the property of anyone other than that licensee.

According to the Nevada Gaming Commission regulations then, ANYONE, repeat, ANYONE, taking a casino's chip or token from the casino is a THIEF!
Strange though isn't it that we see SO many of these racks at dealer's tables.
With all of those surveillance cameras watching your every move, it's funny I haven't heard of anyone being charged with theft of these things. Or, for that matter a casino going after all those sellers on E-bay and at chip/tokens shows who are selling the casino's property.
According to this Nevada Gaming Commission Regulation ALL silver strike collectors are thieves! After all WE are holding property, which under Nevada state regulation, does NOT belong to us!
