But it is important to recognize that both of you need to be members in the CC&GTCC and not just members of the Silver Striker's Chapter of the CC&GTCC.

You can verify member CC&GTCC member status initially through Ralph Myers (membership@ccgtcc.com), HOWEVER, if this "John" is in fact a member but opted to use the Do Not Publish (DNP) feature of membership, then Ralph will not be able to confirm membership.

So, even if Ralph tells you that "John" cannot be verified as a member "through membership records", then I suggest that you still file a Complaint through Jim Pierre (claims@ccgtcc.com). Jim can ask the same question of Ralph and perhaps the answer to Jim Pierre may be different, and if so, then Jim Pierre will have a case to work on.
