I think that at this point I would give the other party time to recieve the Strike,& are you absolutely sure that he was aware that the Strike was an error,as you were not! Did he say so!! Or just looking for a Strike to fill a hole!! Have no idea who you are talking about,but it appears he is already branded Guilty.
