Hey Norm, Leave me out of the running for the strike, you do quite enough for me. I just wanted to help you for once :) I went to my add / remove programs and my outlook aint there either. Someone stole it :) I am actually just winging it here, using what I've been told to do for other similar problems. We just gotta figure out how to get it uninstalled, BUT FIRST I FORGOT TO MENTION YOU NEED TO SAVE YOUR MAIL AND WHATEVER YOU HAVE THAT'S IMPORTANT WITH YOUR EMAIL SET-UP (LIKE THE CAPS? :) I don't know if this will do anything but after the problem starts try and highlight it the whole thing and Right click over the whole thing, brackets and everything, it may show that it's a command and you might can go to properties. Probably won't work but try. My computer friend will be around tomorrow so I'll ask the MAN.
