No their previous policy,after they took out their $200 Machine,that required you to put in (3) $5.00 at a time,was if anyone turned any in was to sell at face. It was not stated,by anyone one that I talked with to win 20,and turn them in. They flat out refused to sell any. Tried to buy the three. The Bank had a note on them that Stated do not sell!! The Cage Manager,would have sold them to me,he then called the Casino Manager who came by. If it had been the Case of winning 20,would have come home with one.
