Morning Norm, I'm @ school so I can't be much help for now. Try and look through the settings in the Tools Options menu's there are several settings for inserting signatures and stationary, it may be that one of those is checked. If all else fails click on Start, go to Settings then Control Panel, and find add / remove programs, find Outlook and remove or you may be able to reinstall from there. After this you should have all default settings and the problem should be gone. I've been looking for the restore to default in the Outlook Options but haven't found it yet. I will continue to look at this one at school and will let you know if I find anything. Good luck!
