Hey Norm, Try opening your Outlook and go to Tools and click on Options. Then go to the Preferences tab, click on Email options, look at the settings, it may be that down toward the bottom there is a check box with "Mark my comments with" That inserts what ever text you put in there. If it is checked then UNCHECK it. Try this and I'm going back to the options and see what else I can find for you.
