BELOW IS FIRST SUGGESTION THAT I RECEIVED. IF IT WORKS THEN HE WINS. EXCEPT I DON'T KNOW HOW TO 'RELOAD THE PROGRAM'.
I am not sure which email program you use or what setting has changed but what I have done in the past when I was unable to correct a program setting was to reload the program without deleting the old program. Don't know if this helps any.
BELOW IS DAVE'S SUGGESTIONS. I AM HOPING HE CAN TELL ME HOW TO ELIMINATE THE NAME POPPING UP WITHOUT STARTING A NEW MESSAGE AS IT HAPPENS WHEN I USE THE 'REPLY'.
I think this has something to do with Outlook, or your email program. Tell me what you use when you write messages.
I USE OUTLOOK.
I know that in Outlook, if you REPLY to someone, sometimes they have an option that quotes your name first everytime you type just like whats happening now. Your best bet is to make sure you aren't replying to anything, start a new message.
IF THAT IS MY ONLY OPTION TO START A NEW MESSAGE THAT IS WHAT I WILL DO.
