I do not believe it's Bush's sole and complete fault Norm! He still has to answer to congress... why do you think nothings happened since all the big promises were made at election times? Health, education, taxes, war, etc etc... THEY voted everything down so Bush wouldn't get ANY credit. And so the story goes... on and on and on! Every President has pulled many a boner... don't ya think?
