I can relate---was helping a friend with her computer yesterday. Had to call tech and couldn't hardly understand the woman. With her instructions(which didn't make sense to me but hey, she's the tech person)we managed to freeze the window up before she passed me on to a higher up. Waited an eternity for that person but while wating I got the window to go away. Guy came on that could speak good English and in a few minutes time our problem was solved.
