Are the silver, "Historic Colorado" and "American Wildlife Series" also from machines, or just someones collectors sets?

With all the variations, generics, casinos Etc. that would make a nice addition or seperate book. If the prices are $2-$5 it would be a nice area for collecting, especially for someone with my taste... cheap!
