Re: Say HUH.........
Hey Larry. How did the $5 chip get to be the standard for chips to collect? Or am I wrong about that? I used to bring home a few chips every time I went to Vegas but usually got the $1 or 50 cent chip because I was poor. I like my old chip collection and add to it sometimes in Vegas when I see those special issue chips. BUT I never bother about them being "uncirculated" or anything. I just find them interesting. With silver strikes I like the intrinsic value of the silver so after they switch to plating them then maybe we will see some strike collecters make the switch. BUT AGAIN, we like the strike machines and they are very addictive. Chips don't have that going for them I guess time will tell. BUT AS TO OVERALL INTELLIGENCE, well, a strike has a precious metal in it, a chip is what? clay? plastic? Who IS smarter???
