Are you a betting man. I say the collectors will pay more for the strike in the unbroken sealed container and many collectors will not buy the strikes if the seal is broken.
On the second issue I have to agree with you. I forgot they were Gaming Tokens and not souvenir coins. By the way, since they are Gaming Tokens what machine have you ever seen them used in or what table game have you ever seen one used on? Please answer this question.

I predict that the sale of airtites for Silver Strikes will be at an all time high! Collectors will not want to be collecting Silver Strikes in the bulky holders (or pucks as you call them). They will just crack them out & put the newly won strike in an airtite.
As to.........

The cage will HAVE to cash in the Silver Strike as long as it is a live gaming token. They don't have a choice. That's the same as saying that if a chip comes in a holder that it can't be cashed in without the holder. Not true.............Andy - Las Vegas
