I have turned in caseless strikes at Imperial Palace for the 200 without any problem, and also cashed beaten up strikes without cases in several casinos. The strike is what is approved by Gaming and it's value is as stated. But there is no approval for the case. Therefore, the strike is the part with cash value to the casino and it does not need to be turned in. After all, how many broken cases have dropped from the machine? Many casinos with no trade policies say there is nothing they will do about a broken case.
