On ebay I see a lot of the non-Nevada strikes selling below face. But with shipping it usually brings it back up to face value and often, almost always, above face value. ALSO, what is face value? Used to be what you could turn them in for face value but now most can not be turned in anymore so face value is kind of a relative term. Hey out there: AM I RIGHT on the assertion that most cannot be turnrd in for face value nowdays???? CAN YOU take strikes and turn them in to casinos that no longer have strike machines??? I am sure some of you knmow the answer to that question???
