Dave - If you go to Page 4 of the past posts and look for the post on and around 8-20 by Craig titled Mint Update it will tell you that it Was the Casino's and the Mint who wanted the strikes changed to HSP and that they were submitting the request to Gaming. So as you state it WASN"T Gaming you came up with the change it wa Craig and a couple others.
