It is against ebay rules to use someone elses pictures and they will stop their auction if you complain but a lot of sellers don't know that, especially new sellers. This guy isn't new but not a big seller either it looks like. Can I ask why you would object to him using your picture? I think on some items it is obviously important so the buyer knows exactly what he is getting but on a $200 strike I don't know what harm it would do other than it is your picture with your experience and expertise that may help him sell a strike. But I don't think I would worry about it but maybe you can change my mind if you can offer me some insight. I will try to find the right place for you to contact or I am sure someone (MADLUSH WHERE ARE YOU?) who has done it or knows exactly who to email. Ebay has so many departments now it is hard to find the right one and there is ALMOST no way to talk to a real person. It is a nice picture.
