Good idea. We have always been as friendly as possible to the slot personnel that service the machines, and make a point to comment on how much attention they seem to demand, and how much we appreciate the attention that they give to us (if necessary). Most of the slot personnel are very friendly if the player is understanding and not grumpy over jams or an empty hopper that takes some time to get filled. However, I overheard one man who loudly swore at an attendant over continual jams. No wonder they take machines out if that continually happens. He should have been thrown out of the casino they way he was acting. Maybe he was, we kept walking.
