... I disagree with the announcement in the newsletter that those Chapter members who DO NOT send in their vote regarding the Silver Strike definition will be counted as a YES vote.

This vote should be decided by how many YES votes are received vs. how many NO votes are received... and not by those who could care less.

Looks like the deck is stacked in favor of a YES vote since an overwhelming number of SS Chapter members are not going to vote on this issue if past CC & GTCC Chapter voting patterns are any indicator.
