Looking through my info on strike differences, I was told (but don't remember where) that the frosted/shiney variations occured when the cast of the strike was new (frosted) but became "shiney) as more strikes were cast. Does anyone know more about this? I'm not certain that the variation is really two "different" strikes? Can Lisa, Marv or any other "expert" tell us?
