Ron - A couple of things worth noting, first it isn't against gaming rules for a casino to sell strikes at face value at the cages, several casino always have and still do, second it doesn't matter what an english teacher or anybody else has to say about the wording on the airport strike it is what the person who designed the strike wanted to put on it. The only way it could be concidered an error is if the casino (airport) saw it was made wrong and pulled the strikes from play.
