Most people have accepted the explanation that it was an internal company problem that they do not wish to discuss. Any ruling by the gaming commission would be public record so I don't think they were involved. It is a dead horse and all we can do is hope they put the machines back in and forget the rest. Plus we can look forward to the "Palm's" new program if it ever gets started and maybe they can have a tournament.
