Last Saturday night while at the Belagio for the Buffet (yes, it was great!) my wife put a twenty into the Strike machine. Over the course of the twenty, it paid 4 strikes, all of them being the "2002" fountain strike.

Since the display showed additional strikes, my wife complained that all four were the same. She was told that it was luck of the draw and that if she wanted the other strikes, she would just have to play longer.

Well, that wasn't satisfactory, so she asked for a supervisor. To make a long story short, they traded in three of the "2002" fountain strikes for two other designs. She got two with the Lobby and the third one depicts the front of the building.

My question.....Did it matter, or should she have kept the four "2002" strikes?
