I have been collecting SS's for 14 years but not as a collector. I play until I win at least one SS per trip as a momento for my journey each time I go to Nevada. I have about 45-50 SS's in my collection. I do not have any $200 tokens, I belive that I have 2 $40 ones from the Mandalay. I have several SS's in red cases. I assume that those are what you call "redcaps" but I do not know what that means. Are they more valuable? Collectible? I do not plan on selling any of them....too many memories! but I have to say it is pretty cool that collectors exist, I had no idea that there was a group of collectors on the web. I am going to buy that price guide just to see how much my collection is worth. Any help is apprecited. Even though i mentioned questions about Redcaps I am interested in any info you can give to a new person in this hobby. Does anyone know what casinos in Reno have SS machines? I will be there in 3 weeks.
