Hello Andy:
The Hotel is currently open on a limited basis, along with a few restaurants.

The casino including tables, Slots, race/Sports book, NY Deli, Keno, STRIKES etc is currently scheduled to open on Oct 1st pending NGCB approvals....In other words it is in the hands of the state now!
